Prize Draw Terms & Conditions 2023
1. The prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age who are employed as carers within the Health & Social Care sector.
2. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
3. A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted.
4. Pollard’s Promises will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.
5. The prize per draw will be one £100 Amazon voucher daily for 5 days.
6. The winner will be drawn at random.
7. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
8. The winner will be notified immediately after each draw via the email provided during the entry process.
9. In the event that the winner does not respond to our communications within 5 working days, we will regrettably have to disqualify them and select another winner at random.
10. By entering the competition you agree that your information will be used for marketing purposes.
11. Should you be selected in the prize draw, you are welcome to supply an image for social media posts.
12. The prize will be sent as an e card to the email address you have supplied in your entry.
13. Please allow 5 days for delivery of the prize.
14. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Pollard’s Promises for the purposes of administering the prize draw.
