A Magical Day at Pollard’s Promises Santa’s Grotto 🎅✨

Our most recent Santa’s Grotto was nothing short of magical and we’re still smiling thinking about it! Held at our office in Hove, this veryspecial event is something we’re incredibly proud of. It’s completely FREE and created especially for those working in the Care Sector, giving paid and unpaid carers and their families a chance to enjoy a little extra Christmasjoy.

Here’s what made the day so special:

A Celebration for Carers and Their Families

Our Santa’s Grotto is designed as a thank-you to carers, a chance for them to bring their children, nieces, nephews, or grandchildren along to enjoy a festive experience together. Caring is such important work,and this event is our way of giving something back to those who give so muchall year round.

The Pollard’s Promises elves were hard at work decorating the office and wrapping lots of presents to make the day extra special. Wepacked the grotto full of fun activities, including:

• Cookie decorating
• Writing letters to Santa
• Colouring and scratch art
• An elf-themed photo booth
• A festive lucky dip

Our Biggest Grotto Yet 🎉

This was our biggest Santa’s Grotto event so far, welcoming 43 children and 30 adults through our doors. Seeing so many smiling faces made all the planning worthwhile, and it reminded us exactly why we do what we do.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the day so memorable. We’re already looking forward to doing it all again and we can’t wait to welcome you back in 2026 for even more festive fun.
