We’re inviting you to nominate a fantastic carer for the chance to receive a special Pollard’s Promises Boo Basket, packed with Halloween treats and surprises.
Who deserves a Halloween treat?
Every day, carers make a huge difference to the lives of the people they support.
They may be the person who always goes the extra mile, brings a smile to someone’s face, supports a family through a difficult day or simply makes sure the people in their care feel safe, valued and understood.
If there is a carer you think deserves a little recognition, we’d love to hear about them.
How to nominate a carer
Making a nomination is easy.
Simply complete our short nomination form and tell us:
- Who you are nominating
- Where they work
- Why you think they deserve a Pollard’s Promises Boo Basket
- Your contact details so we can get in touch if your nomination is selected
It only takes a minute, but it could make someone’s Halloween.
Celebrating the people who care
Pollard’s Promises was created to recognise the incredible people working across the care sector and to give something back to those who spend so much of their time supporting others.
Our Boo Basket giveaway is another small way for us to say thank you.

Terms and conditions
- The Pollard’s Promises Boo Basket promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
- Nominees must currently work in a caring or support role within the UK care sector.
- Nominations must be submitted using the official Pollard’s Promises Typeform nomination form.
- No purchase is necessary to enter.
- Nominations must be received by 5pm on 30.10.2026. Entries received after the closing date may not be considered.
- Entrants may nominate more than one carer, provided a separate nomination is submitted for each person. Duplicate nominations for the same carer may be treated as a single entry.
- Entrants must have permission to provide the nominee’s name, workplace and any other personal information submitted as part of the nomination.
- Nominations should explain why the nominated carer deserves to receive a Boo Basket. Pollard’s Promises reserves the right to disregard entries that are incomplete, inappropriate, offensive or unrelated to the promotion.
- The winner will be selected by a random generator.
- The number of Boo Baskets available is limited to 1.
- The selected recipient will receive one Pollard’s Promises Boo Basket. The contents may vary from those shown in promotional imagery and no cash alternative will be offered.
- Pollard’s Promises will contact the person who submitted the nomination using the contact details provided. Further information may be requested to arrange delivery or presentation of the Boo Basket.
- If Pollard’s Promises is unable to contact a successful entrant within a reasonable period, it reserves the right to select an alternative recipient.
- Delivery or presentation of the Boo Basket is subject to the recipient being located within an area Pollard’s Promises is reasonably able to service. Alternative arrangements may be offered where appropriate.
- Some Boo Basket contents may contain or have been prepared in environments containing common allergens. Recipients are responsible for checking individual product packaging before consumption.
- Pollard’s Promises may ask selected recipients for permission to share their name, workplace, photograph or nomination story on its website, social media channels or other marketing materials. No such information will be published without appropriate consent.
- Personal information collected as part of the promotion will be used for the administration of the Boo Basket promotion and handled in accordance with the Pollard’s Promises privacy policy.
- Pollard’s Promises reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.
- By submitting a nomination, entrants confirm that they agree to these terms and conditions.
