We are delighted to announce Charley Paul as our fourth Glad To Care Winner of 2026!

Charley was nominated by Kelly McNeish (Manager) at Garnant House Residential Care Home in recognition of her outstanding commitment, compassion and dedication to providing exceptional care.

Charley is a valued member of the team who has recently been promoted to Senior Care Assistant. Her positive attitude, dedication and willingness to support both residents and colleagues make her a truly deserving recipient of this award.

Kelly nominated Charley, saying:

"Charley is a much loved, hard working member of our staff team. She is dedicated and conscientious and has recently been promoted to senior care assistant. Charley is bubbly and smiley and a positive role model and inspiration. Charley is always happy to help out where she can."
