Following the success of our Santa’s Grotto event, we were keen to continue spreading a little joy into the new year. In January, we were delighted to surprise the Ralston family with a special treat to brighten the start of 2026.

Four hampers were thoughtfully prepared for the family of five. Each child, Grace, Henry and Isaac received a personalised hamper, while a separate family hamper was filled with cosy and meaningful items, including a fluffy blanket, a candle, a photo frame and a £100 IKEA voucher to help them purchase something they needed.

The family later shared a heartfelt message of thanks:

“The kids are enjoying their gift baskets, and we will use the IKEA gift card to buy a much-needed item for the kids. We are so grateful for your kindness and generosity. It is very much appreciated. Thank you again for everything. Wishing everyone at Pollard’s all the best and many blessings for 2026!”

Moments like these remind us how small acts of kindness can make a lasting difference. We’re proud to be able to support families in our community and are thankful to everyone who helped make this possible.💜
