The team at Polventon Residential Care Home (part of Melita Care Ltd) received their well-deserved wish! The team was nominated by their Director Samantha Street.

Samantha described a team that goes above and beyond every day to provide not only excellent care but also a warm, friendly environment where both staff and residents feel at home.

The atmosphere at Polventon reflects the team’s strong sense of connection and support a place filled with kindness, respect, and genuine care.

“It’s the kind of place I would love to be in as an elderly adult, as well as spending my working life there too. It’s home.”

To thank the team for their hard work we sent a sweets and chocolate hamper, including gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan options to make sure everyone could enjoy something.
