Hannah was nominated by her colleague and friend, Laura Duff, who describes her as a “true care hero” and it’s easy to see why.
Hannah is a Regional Manager supporting adults with learning disabilities. But her job title barely scratches the surface of her impact. She is a hands-on leader and gets to know the people she supports.
Hannah’s strength lies in her values. She is an advocate through and through, not just for the people she supports professionally, but also in her personal life. As a mum to two children with Autism and ADHD one of whom is also deaf, she is relentless in her pursuit to ensure they thrive. Her days are full, but her energy for fighting the good fight never runs out.
Laura shares,
“I’m proud to know her, and when we worked together, I was continually in awe of her.”
And when she’s not supporting others, Hannah finds peace among her plants, her favourite thing. A quiet joy, a moment to recharge, a way to nurture life in yet another way.
So, it’s only fitting that her wish is a £50 gift voucher for Blue Diamond Garden Centre, a little something just for her.
From all of us at Pollard’s Promises, thank you, Hannah, for your heart and your unwavering commitment to others. Your work doesn’t go unnoticed and neither does your incredible spirit.
