At Pollard’s Promises, we love recognising the incredible teams who work behind the scenes to make a real difference to residents every day. This time, we’re celebrating The Kitchen Team at Northleach Care Home, who were nominated by Fay Jones, Registered Home Manager, for a well-deserved treat hamper.

Here’s why they were nominated:

“I would like to nominate the Kitchen Team for their outstanding hard work and dedication. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them, and they consistently provide our residents with delicious homemade meals every day.

They are always happy to accommodate special requests and regularly support our activities, even making cakes at the last minute when needed. The team work incredibly well together, supporting one another and always going above and beyond for our residents.

No matter how busy they are, they always greet everyone with a smile and help create a warm, caring environment within the home. Their commitment and teamwork are truly appreciated by both residents and staff alike. I would also like to add that their kitchen is always spotless and continues to maintain a 5-star standard. Their commitment to cleanliness, hygiene, and high standards is exceptional and reflects the pride they take in their work every day.”

From delicious homemade meals to last-minute cakes and special requests, it’s clear that the Kitchen Team put care into everything they do. Their hard work helps make mealtimes special and contributes to the welcoming atmosphere at Northleach Care Home.

As a small thank you for everything they do, we sent the Kitchen Team a treat hamper to enjoy together. We were so pleased to hear that it helped give the team a reason to celebrate and recognise their hard work.
