At Pollard’s Promises, we shine a light on the teams that go above and beyond every single day. This month, we’re proud to celebrate the remarkable staff at The Willows Residential Care Home, lovingly nominated by their manager Priya Nahil.

Since September, Priya’s team has shown what outstanding care truly looks like, balancing compassion with professionalism, always putting the wellbeing of their residents first.

“Whether it’s staying late to comfort someone who’s feeling anxious, organising birthday celebrations, or stepping up to support one another during tough shifts, this team never falters,” Priya shared.

From the thoughtful gestures like remembering a resident’s favourite treat to calmly handling emergencies, their commitment radiates through everything they do. It’s a home filled with kindness, patience, and trust, all made possible by the incredible people who work there.

To thank them, we sent a chocolate and sweets hamper, a small token to recognise the huge impact they make every day.
