'I would like to nominate the team at Clarendon Mews for their outstanding commitment to resident wellbeing, safety, and teamwork.

The team consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that residents receive the highest standard of care while maintaining a safe and supportive environment for both residents and staff. Their dedication and professionalism are evident in everything they do.

Recently, the home achieved a fantastic outcome during their QAF assessment with the local authority, being found compliant with no actions required. This achievement reflects the hard work, high standards, and commitment shown by every member of the team on a daily basis.

What makes this team particularly deserving of recognition is how they respond when faced with unexpected challenges. Following a number of fires on land backing onto the home's gardens, staff acted quickly and calmly to ensure the safety of residents and colleagues. The team worked together seamlessly, demonstrating excellent communication, professionalism, and a shared commitment to keeping everyone safe. Their quick thinking and collective response helped manage a potentially serious situation while maintaining reassurance and support for residents.

Clarendon Mews is a strong team that looks out for one another and always puts the people they support first. Their ability to work together, remain calm under pressure, and consistently deliver high-quality care makes them truly deserving of recognition through Pollard's Promise.
