At Pollard’s Promises, we are incredibly proud to celebrate an extraordinary team of care professionals who truly embody the spirit of compassionate care. This month, we’re shining a light on Paul, Sean, Kerry, Kerry Rhona, Lindsey, Jade, and Bonnie, the heart and soul of IP Home Care, who have been nominated by their Customer Care Manager, Lisa Green, for their outstanding commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
Lisa, who joined the organisation earlier this year, was instantly moved by the ethos of the company and the dedication of its team:
“Since I started in March, I’ve been overwhelmed by how wonderfully this team is treated and how much love and care they give in return. Customers are genuinely at the centre of everything. The carers are personality-matched, giving people the opportunity to meet and choose who supports them, which is such a thoughtful and empowering touch.”
The IP Home Care team is committed not just to meeting the care needs of their clients but to enhancing lives, helping people live actively, independently, and joyfully in their own homes. Their Clinical Director supports individuals with personalised exercises to maintain physical well-being, and the wider team constantly strives to create a care environment that’s built on trust, kindness, and respect.
Lisa added,
“I’ve never worked anywhere with such a strong, heart-led commitment to quality care. This team truly deserves a thank you.”
And we couldn’t agree more. That’s why Pollard’s Promises was thrilled to deliver a special wish to the team, a £200 voucher for Bills, for them to enjoy a meal out together, a token of gratitude for all that they do.
Paul Austin, Director at IP Home Care, said:
“We are thrilled, delighted and generally overjoyed to be recognised for the hard work and compassion provided by Independent People Live in Care! Thank you!”
We’re proud to spotlight teams like IP Home Care who are making a real difference every day and to play a small part in celebrating their kindness.
