This week, we’re proud to recognise a nominee whose kindness and dedication do not go unnoticed.

Caroline Robinson was nominated by Julie Slater from Trust Home Care in recognition of the incredible care she provides in her role as a Care Worker. For her wish, we gifted her a hamper filled with some of her favourite treats, including Martini Asti Spumante along with a selection of chocolate and snacks.

Caroline is known for her warm and compassionate nature, as well as her friendly, polite, and respectful approach to everyone she supports. She consistently goes the extra mile for both her service users and her colleagues, always ensuring that those in her care receive the highest standard of support.

During periods of staff shortages, whether due to illness or annual leave, Caroline never hesitates to step in. She willingly gives up her own time to make sure her service users are looked after, showing a level of commitment that truly stands out. Her attitude and willingness to help mean that nothing is ever too much trouble.

Caroline’s dedication and selflessness make a lasting impact every day, and this small gesture is simply a way of recognising everything she does for others. 💜
