Nominated by Barry Oliver, the team at Standon House are known for going the extra mile to make their residents feel safe, valued, and loved. As a small, family-run home, they take pride in providing care that’s personal and heartfelt, the kind that makes every resident feel like part of the family.

Standon House has never used agency staff a rare and remarkable achievement in care. Instead, the team supports one another wholeheartedly, stepping in whenever needed and showing what true dedication looks like.

To recognise their incredible efforts, the Standon House team received a hamper full of delicious treats a simple gesture to say “thank you” for all their hard work, kindness, and care.

When the hamper arrived, the joy was evident. Sophie shared how much the gesture meant to everyone:

“It was so nice of Barry and Jordan to nominate the staff. We always feel appreciated and supported.”
