At Pollard’s Promises, we’re proud to highlight the everyday heroes in care and Fatima Silva, a dedicated carer at Oakfield Nursing Home in Ashtead, is exactly that.

Nominated by Director Panos Aristidou, Fatima is someone who pours her heart into her work every single day. Whether it’s offering comfort, companionship, or expert care, she consistently goes above and beyond to ensure the residents she supports feel safe, seen, and valued.

Her nomination came with a wish for a spa hamper, a small gesture of relaxation and appreciation for someone who gives so much to others. We were honoured to help grant this wish and offer Fatima a moment to recharge.

Upon receiving her gift, Fatima shared:
