Charlie was nominated by his manager, Faezabee, for all the care and dedication he shows in his role.

Charlie is described as very empathic, patient and highly skilled. He treats all clients with dignity and respect, and makes sure that both clients and their families feel comfortable on every visit.

He is also always willing to help others and goes out of his way to support other staff working within the care industry.

We were given some lovely ideas about the things Charlie enjoys, including grooming products, cookies and wine, so we put together a personalised hamper especially for him.

After receiving the hamper, Faezabee sent us this lovely message:

‘I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude for the thoughtful hamper you sent. Charles was truly touched and feels very appreciated. He mentioned to me that this kind gesture has made him feel that his hard work has paid off and that he has been recognised as a very good carer.
