we’re thrilled to shine a light on someone incredibly special , Steph Weir, nominated by Leri Mabhena at Meadow View Care.

Steph has been a cornerstone of the Meadow View team for nearly 7 years, working as the Registered Manager across not one but two of their care homes, including their largest service. Her unwavering dedication, care, and tireless commitment to her residents and team are nothing short of remarkable.

Whether it’s staying late, coming in on days off, or being the first one to offer help, Steph has always gone the extra mile. She treats her residents like family and truly embodies what it means to work in care for all the right reasons.

Now, Steph is beginning a beautiful new chapter, maternity leave, as she prepares to welcome her first baby boy into the world this June. To celebrate her years of hard work and selfless service, we were honoured to send her a baby boy hamper, filled with soft blues, teddy bears, and heartfelt appreciation.
