Last month we were proud to recognise The Adult and Young Carers teams at The Carers Centre Brighton & Hove! They work tremendously hard to ensure that every carer they come into contact with is provided with up-to-date information and support, including activities, peer groups and wellbeing offers.

The teams often have to listen to carers relaying the very difficult circumstances they are experiencing, and this can take an emotional toll on the staff. Both teams have seen a number of personnel changes recently and have had very little time to do anything for their own wellbeing. Something nice to show they are appreciated was very much deserved.

Pollard’s Promises were delighted to provide a treat hamper as a small token of thanks for everything they do.
