Nominated by her daughter, Rachel, Caroline’s story is one of extraordinary dedication and unwavering love. As the full-time and sole carer for her son, Hugo, she has spent years providing the support, comfort, and care he needs every day.

Hugo lives with Down syndrome, autism, and severe ME/CFS, and Caroline has devoted herself to ensuring he receives the very best care possible. Despite the challenges she faces, she continues to put her family first, always giving her all to those who depend on her.

The gift hamper is a small gesture to recognise everything Caroline does and to remind her just how appreciated she is.
