At Pollards Promises, we love celebrating individuals who bring kindness, positivity, and joy to those around them. This time, we’re proud to recognise John Pagett, nominated by Vicky Bunzly from Care Pride, for his wonderful spirit and the light he brings into the lives of others.

John has faced many challenges in life. After losing his mum several years ago and navigating life as a vulnerable adult, he’s had to overcome some incredibly difficult hurdles. But through it all, he has remained a gentle soul with a big heart, someone who continues to smile and spread positivity wherever he goes.

Vicky describes John as someone who “deserves to be recognised for the kindness and smiles he brings to all our faces.” His genuine warmth and cheerful personality have left a lasting impression on everyone at Care Pride.

Knowing how much John loves animals and visiting zoos, Vicky and the team thought a trip to Longleat Safari Park would be the perfect wish, a place he’s always wanted to go but never had the chance to visit. A day to remember, filled with adventure and laughter.

We were thrilled to make John’s wish come true with a special trip to Longleat! Surrounded by the incredible wildlife he loves, John had a truly amazing day exploring, smiling, and soaking in every moment.
