At Pollard’s Promises, we love celebrating those who go the extra mile, and the care team at Kingsmount Residential Home in Torquay are the perfect example of just that.

Nominated by their manager, Brennan Wilson, the Kingsmount team was put forward to receive a PP gift for their continued hard work and the outstanding feedback they consistently receive from residents and families on Carehome.co.uk.

To thank them for their unwavering commitment, we sent a delicious sweets hamper, which was received with open arms and big smiles.

“The hamper arrived today, and the staff were very glad to be recognised for their hard work,” Brennan shared. “We’ve divided the hamper up so that all the staff working at Kingsmount get a treat.”

The team were thrilled and added:
