This week, we are honoured to shine a light on someone truly exceptional, Ayshea Hutchison.

Nominated by Leri Mabhena from Meadowview Care Ltd, Ayshea’s story is one of unwavering dedication, compassion, and selflessness. With an incredible 21 years of service at Meadowview Care and many more in the care sector before that, Ayshea has devoted her career to supporting others, consistently going above and beyond in everything she does.

Now serving as Operations Manager, Ayshea continues to lead with the same compassion and commitment that has defined her journey. Her colleagues describe her as someone who always puts others first, often prioritising the needs of those around her before her own.

Towards the end of last year, Ayshea experienced the heartbreaking loss. During such a difficult time, her strength and continued dedication have been nothing short of remarkable.

That’s why, through Pollard’s Promises, we are proud to grant Ayshea a well-deserved wish, a relaxing spa day. This small gesture is a way to give her the time and space to rest, reflect, and focus on herself.
