Nominated by Fay Jones, Manager at Northleach Court Care Home, Mihaela is recognised for her unwavering dedication, compassion, and positivity. She consistently goes above and beyond in her role, always willing to support her team and ensure residents receive the highest standard of care.

Mihaela approaches every day with a smile and a genuine passion for helping others. Her caring nature has enabled her to build strong, trusting relationships with residents over the years, and she is loved and appreciated by both residents and colleagues alike.

Nothing is ever too much trouble for Mihaela. She is incredibly hands on, always ready to help wherever needed, and her kindness and commitment make a lasting difference to those around her every day.

That’s why we are proud to grant Mihaela a well deserved wish, a spa hamper. This thoughtful gift is a small way of recognising her hard work and giving her the opportunity to enjoy some pampering.
